Well-Being OT was set up in 2021 with the aim of offering expertise and high-level support to Psychosocial NDIS participants.

 

Well-Being OT is a specialist private practice that works with adults experiencing psychosocial challenges in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We praise ourselves for our ability to offer creative solutions and holistic care to support the Well-Being of their clients.

Well-Being OT recognises that everyone’s recovery journey is individual and understands the importance of building trust to be able to walk alongside the person.

The overall aim is to create opportunities for participation and engagement in the individual's activities of daily living which in turn supports health and Well-Being.

Who we want to join the team:

​

  • A confident, autonomous and experienced OT

  • Strong communicator who can build rapport with diverse client base and produce quality reports and funding applications

  • Community experience, preferably 5 years minimum (negotiable)

  • Experience working with adults with psychosocial disabilities or willingness to work with this client group

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Current Driver’s License and own vehicle

  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, DWES Check or willingness to get one 

  • Current ABN
