Hi, I'm Aoife
Founder of Well-Being OT

Aoife is the founder of Well-Being OT. She has worked for not for profit charities, private and public health organisations. She has worked in both acute in-patient settings as well as community settings. Throughout her 13 year career as an OT she has worked predominantly with adults experiencing mental health challenges.
​
In 2019 she took on a role as a OT working in the NDIS sector offering OT assessment and intervention to participants with various disabilities. She has experience with writing reports such as SDA and SIL.
Aoife is looking forward to working with NDIS participants to help them overcome barriers so that they can experience a greater sense of health and well-being.
Hi, I'm Suzi
Senior Occupational Therapist

Suzi has been working as a mental health OT since 2019. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings. This has mainly included short and longer term rehabilitation settings as well as forensic settings.
Suzi is passionate about enabling people to achieve what is important to them and build their capacity to live a meaningful life. She is excited to be working in the NDIS space and looking forward to working with participants in achieving their goals.

Celeste is a dedicated Mental Health Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience supporting adults in diverse settings, ranging from inpatient care to long-term rehabilitation and forensics.
Celeste is deeply committed to nurturing independence by taking an innovative approach and implementing creative solutions to address the diverse challenges faced by individuals with complex mental health conditions. Celeste's passion for collaborative work shines as she guides participants toward achieving their goals, she aims to empower each individual to lead a more meaningful life.

Elle is a mental health OT. She has worked across a range of settings including inpatient, rehabilitation and community.
Elle is passionate about supporting people to identify and embrace their unique strengths, values and aspirations. She is looking forward to supporting NDIS participants, helping them to work towards their goals and to live the life they want to live.

Lea is a committed mental health OT who has worked in various areas including inpatient and community setting. She has experience working with adults and young adults with varying diagnoses including eating disorders.
Lea is looking forward to working with participants within NDIS. She has a passion for working with people to help them identify what they most value in life and working together to achieve this. She prides herself on aiding individuals to reach their goals by overcoming barriers in creative and evidence -based ways.

Sarah is a mental health OT with experience in public mental health and NDIS settings and has worked with both children and adults in various locations across Australia.
With a holistic and creative approach, Sarah fosters collaborative, person-centred care to help individuals achieve their goals and reach their potential. Sarah has a particular interest in sensory and emotional regulation, embodiment, and creativity, and utilises a range of therapeutic models and evidence-based interventions in her practice. Passionate about fostering independence, social connectedness and personal meaning, Sarah aims to support individuals towards fulfilment in their lives.

Chris has a background of working in both public in-patient and community settings, and has dedicated his career since 2018 to supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.
With a longstanding interest in homelessness and forensics, Chris has developed his skills in addressing complex challenges. Through collaboration and tailored interventions, Chris strives to foster independence, guiding individuals towards a more fulfilling life and helping them navigate their unique paths to recovery and well-being.
